REGISTRATION DEADLINES:
Early Bird Registration:
- Begins: November 10th, 2025 - Ends: 10:00 pm MST December 31st, 2025
- All Early Bird Registrants receive a $50 discount!
Standard Registration:
- Begins: January 1st, 2026 - Ends: 10:00 pm MST February 28, 2026
Late Registration:
- A $25 late fee will be applied to registration requests for U9 - U19 after February 28th, 2026.

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS:
To register for the Southfour Softball (Fastpitch) 2026 season, you will need the following information:
- Completion of Respect In Sport
- Proof of Age Document
- Proof of address showing you reside within the Southfour boundaries
UNIFORM DEPOSIT
- All uniforms must be returned to your team's Head Coach once the season has ended.
- Any uniforms not returned or returned in non-useable condition by JULY 19, 2026 will be charged the $75 uniform fee.
- Our new RAMP Registration System will automatically charge the $75 uniform fee from the credit card on file ONLY IF your child's uniform is not returned (in good condition) by July 19th.
- We no longer require you to provide a uniform deposit cheque.
VOLUNTEER BOND
- 4 volunteer credits are required per family, per registered player, to satisfy your volunteer bond commitment.
- To ensure fairness, any family that does not fulfill the required 4 volunteer credits by the end of the season will be invoiced for the $200 Volunteer Bond. If the volunteer bond invoice is not paid, that family will not be eligible to register for the following season until the bond is cleared. This policy is essential to maintaining a well-supported and smoothly operating club.

REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be given, less a $25 administration fee, until and including April 30th, 2026.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
Financial assistance programs are available for families that require financial assistance with the costs to register your child for softball this season.
