2026 Player Evaluations

Player evaluations for the 2026 Spring Season are coming up soon. Please review the details below and mark your calendars.

2026 Spring Season Evaluations Location:
Regional Field House - 125 Fieldhouse Drive East, Okotoks, AB

Dates & Times:

• Saturday, February 21
  6:00 PM - 9:30 PM
  All ages - Pitchers & Catchers

• Sunday, February 22
  12:30 PM - 2:30 PM
  All U9 players

• Saturday, February 28
  6:00 PM - 9:00 PM
  All U11 players & 1st-year U13 players

• Sunday, March 1
  5:30 PM - 9:00 PM
  2nd-year U13 players & all U15 players

Can’t make your evaluation date? March 1 will also be open to any players who are unable to attend their scheduled evaluation date.

Please note: There are no evaluations for players in our U7 Learn to Play program.

What to Bring

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for check-in and warm-up.

Players should bring:

• Clean indoor running shoes (no cleats)

• Athletic clothing

• Water bottle

• Glove

• Fielding mask

• Batting helmet

• Bat (players without a bat may borrow one)

Catchers:
Southfour will provide catcher’s gear. Players who own their own gear are welcome to bring it.

Evaluation Volunteers Needed

To help evaluations run smoothly, we are looking for five (5) volunteers to assist with evaluation stations.

Preference will be given to:

• Current or former Southfour coaches

• Volunteers with prior softball experience
