9:00am at the JCC 1607 90 Ave SW, Calgary, AB T2V Please have your player arrive at the venue 15-20 minutes BEFORE your team photo time PHOTO READY with the appropriate gear (jersey, bat, glove, hat if wearing one and catcher(s) your helmet). Parents are asked to stay out of the photoshoot areas. We will adjust gear, and fix hair the best we can to ensure the best photo possible of your child. No dressing, gear bags or balls please in the photoshoot area. The league will provide us with a ball for photo day use. If we are running ahead, we will start early on individual photos. Team photos are done as a group shot, so if someone is late, we will do our best to hold out for their arrival, but we will give priority to staying on schedule and may have to proceed without them, they will then be marked as absent on the team photo. They will not be photoshopped into the team photo. We will accommodate their individual photo throughout the day however there could be a wait time to do so. There are no re-takes scheduled. You can expect us to take ~30 minutes/team.
