Team Information for Parents/Players – SouthFour Photo Day Hello SouthFour Parents (and Players), All photos will be taken by Mojo Photo Sports at the Paperny Family JCC (1607 90 Ave SW, Calgary) on Sunday May 3, 2026. Please follow these instructions to ensure we can stay organized and on schedule. Please have your player arrive at the venue 15-20 minutes BEFORE your team photo time PHOTO READY with the appropriate gear (jersey, bat, glove, hat if wearing one and catcher(s) your helmet). Parents are asked to stay out of the photoshoot areas. We will adjust gear, and fix hair the best we can to ensure the best photo possible of your child. No dressing, gear bags or balls please in the photoshoot area. The league will provide us with a ball for photo day use. If we are running ahead, we will start early on individual photos. Team photos are done as a group shot, so if someone is late, we will do our best to hold out for their arrival, but we will give priority to staying on schedule and may have to proceed without them, they will then be marked as absent on the team photo. They will not be photoshopped into the team photo. We will accommodate their individual photo throughout the day however there could be a wait time to do so. There are no re-takes scheduled. You can expect us to take ~30 minutes/team. Ordering Information SouthFour has provided Mojo Sports with the email addresses of player’s parents that will match up with their player’s QR code used on picture day. Parents will receive an email with their child’s photos that will take them to our ordering platform (the gallery will be released on or before Sunday May 10th). We encourage you to keep your QR code paper (handed back to managers on photo day to give to players/parents) in case we are given an email address with a typo– this is a secondary option so you can log into the shop and enter your player’s QR code to access their photo gallery in the event that you don’t get an email (check your junk/spam folder). This code will only work once the gallery has been released. SouthFour is providing each player with one printed 8x10 memory mate photo that will include an individual photo and team photo with their player’s name on it. Parents are welcome to order packages, additional prints, digital downloads or specialty a la carte items at their own cost from our online shop. FREE SHIPPING DEADLINE Free shipping deadline: Tuesday May 19th, 2026. Orders submitted on Monday May 20th or after will incur a shipping fee set by the lab (usually starts around $13). Typically, it takes the lab 1-2 weeks after the free shipping deadline for them to get the batch order of products back to us. Once your order is placed it is sent to the lab so we are not able to change orders once they are placed – please ensure you have ordered exactly what you want and that you have double checked the crop of each photo. Orders will be handed off to the SouthFour as soon as they are in. Managers will be emailed to pick them up and distribute them to their team. Thank you in advance for your efforts to get your player(s) to the venue on time, and for your patience waiting for them while they are getting their photos taken.
